Web Version Bug Fixes

Hi all!

The web version of the game has been updated to version 1.32! Three years later, I've finally come along and tried to fix some bugs with the web version of the game that I had somehow missed:

1) The game now plays at the correct framerate. (yikes!)

2) It should be even harder to cause the game to bug out at the end and lock the player out of the epilogue.

As always, the Windows version is generally more stable and should be played over the browser version if possible. While this patch for the web version has brought to my attention the likelihood that the ending of the Windows version is also probably bugged... I think I am going to let it be. Just reload your save if you can't access the epilogue and it should be accessible.
